the legs feel absolutely to my liking, snug but not choking, but the waist felt like it changed to one size smaller. ive tried out a few pairs before in L and they've all fit fine, but this one was too snug at the waist.

This board is DOPE. The Sierra dudes custom picked their favorite CAPiTA shape, which happened to be the TWS Good Wood winner the Horrorscope and then completely overhauled the tech on it. Bought the 09's last year halfway through the season and haven't regreted it a day since! They go great with any Burton Boot and with my 32 Timba's also.
