Free Ground Shipping on ANY Order in the US!

All orders are picked, packed and loaded on the UPS truck within 48 hours.
Friday (afternoon) thru Sunday orders ship Monday, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Options:
We understand that sometimes you need your order immediately while other times it doesn’t matter. SierraSnowboard.com offers a wide variety of shipping options to satisfy your needs:
  • In-Store Pick-Up: Available for customers in or traveling to Sacramento. This means you can pick up your new equipment on your way to Tahoe. For in-store Pick-Ups, please select the “In-Store Pick-Up” option on your shopping cart. Please bring in your Order Confirmation and a valid ID to pick up your order. NOTE: Merchandise will only be released to the customer who's name appears on the order. Merchandise will be ready for pick up within 24-48hrs of ordering.

  • Ground Shipping: The most cost-effective option is available in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. After processing is complete, ground shipments usually arrive in 1-7 business days, but may take up to 10 business days form the shipped date, excluding holidays.   • 3-Day UPS: The best balance between speed and cost, the 3-Day UPS option on orders placed Monday -Friday, before 12.00 pm PST usually arrive on the 3rd business day after the 24-48 hour order processing time, excluding holidays. 3-Day UPS is available for the Contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • 2-Day UPS: If you need your gear quickly, 2-day UPS option on orders placed Monday -Friday, before 12.00 pm PST usually arrive on the second business day after the 24-48 hour order processing time, excluding holidays. 2-Day UPS is available for the Contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • Overnight UPS: Do you have a snowboard or ski emergency? No problem. Overnight UPS option on orders placed Monday -Friday, before 12.00 pm PST usually arrive on the next business day after the 24-48 hour order processing time, excluding holidays. There are 3 options available: Next Day Early Am, Next day and Next Day End of Day. These options are available for select locations.
International Shipping Options:

UPS Worldwide Express Plus
-orders placed Monday -Friday, before 12.00 pm PST usually arrive in 1-3 business days and delivered between 830-900am, after the 24-48 hour order processing time, excluding holidays.

UPS Worldwide Express-
orders placed Monday -Friday, before 12.00 pm PST usually arrive in 1-3 business days and delivered between 1030-1200am , after the 24-48 hour order processing time, excluding holidays.

UPS Express Saver-
orders placed Monday -Friday, before 12.00 pm PST usually arrive in 1-3 business days and delivered at the end of day, after the 24-48 hour order processing time, excluding holidays.

UPS Worldwide Expedited-
orders placed Monday -Friday, before 12.00 pm PST usually arrive in 2-7 business days and delivered at the end of day, after the 24-48 hour order processing time, excluding holidays.

International Shipping Rates:
Rates will be calculated once you add an item to your shopping cart, and then enter the billing information.


International Taxes and Duties:
International orders are subject to import taxes, duties and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. Sierrasnowboard.com cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.
UPS’ local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Refused or returned shipments in which Sierrasnowboard.com incurs additional shipping fees will be assessed on the return credit. Please do not request that we falsify your invoices or suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information.

Can i ship to another address?
SierraSnowboard.com is concerned about your credit card security. Domestic Orders that ship to different addresses than their billing address go through extra levels of security. Consequently, the increased security can cause some delays. However, this process can be expedited if your credit card company has these alternate shipping addresses on file. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your credit card company so they can file this information. International orders can only ship to the billing address.

What if I need to change my shipping address?
You package(s) can be redirect while transit (available for domestic orders only). Its called a UPS Intercept it is associated with a small fee of $10-30 per box, depending on your current shipping method, that will be charged to your account.

Can i ship an order to my PO, APO or FPO address?
Sorry at this time we are unable to process Orders
to PO, APO, or FPO address.

International Shipping restrictions:

*Burton is not available for international purchases.
*Orders shipped internationally have a maximum merchandise purchase amount of $2000.00, or a maximum purchase item limit of 10 items per order, whichever comes first.

What happens if I receive my shipment and there is damage?

If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in shipping, sign for the package and note above your signature the word "damaged" or "open" and request that the delivery company inspect the package. If you found the damage after the delivery, please email Sierrasnowboard.com shipping claim department at info@sierrasnowboard.com Attn: Shipping Claim. Please include your invoice number (found on packing slip) and the name of the carrier that delivered the package. You MUST keep the damaged packaging until it is inspected by the carrier. Do not return the merchandise yourself, Sierrasnowboard.com will process a claim and walk you through what to do next.

Purchasing Large Quantities of items:
SierraSnowboard.com reserves the right to not sell product that will be used for resell on sites like Ebay. Our products are meant to be sold, in normal quantities, to the purchaser for personal use by them, friends, family, etc.
