Salomon Z12 Ti-B80 Ski Bindings

Salomon did a shake up for 2008. It slimmed down the lineup in amount of bindings sold and weight. The Z12 is the lightest high performance binding that Salomon offers. The toe is a beefed up Quadrax toe that offers great boot to binding coupling while staying light. Salomon claims that the Z-Series toes have better boot to binding coupling than the Driver toe piece. Usually that is a contradiction in terms! Salomon still offers Speric technology which is its way of offering 180 degrees of release in the toe.

Why ruin one of the best heel pieces on the market? The Salomon heel has not changed in years. It still has the most amount of backward shock absorption. This is key, so the heel won't overload.
