Burton Ion
Burton Ion
3/17/2009

Graphics: simple and clean
Fit: stiff
Width: wider
Laces: speed lace
Some Changes
Terrain Use: Half Pipe, Jumps, Boxes and Rails, Speed, Powder, Carving, Backcountry, Groomers, All Mountain
Pros: Heel hold, Easy lacing, Well known brand
Other Thoughts: Love the Ions. Lots of changes this season. This years boot is a little bit softer than last years, maybe becuase of the lower profile outer. I love the batwing on the laces. These dont pack out as much as some other boots, I dont have to size down. They are also some of Burtons more narrow boots, so they have great heel lock. Time to step up your game? Get'em!

Fit: fits fine
Width: fits fine
Straps: super comfy
My faves!
Terrain Use: Half Pipe, Jumps, Boxes and Rails, Speed, Powder, Carving, Backcountry, Groomers, All Mountain
Pros: Adjustability, Easy in & out, Boot hold, Good construction quality, Lightweight, Comfortable, Well known brand, Easy installation
Other Thoughts: Love em. These are baller bindings. Great for every one who whats a stiff responsive binding. The est set up lets you inter-change bases for your style riding. Second year on these and i dont think I can go back.

Graphics: simple and clean
Award Nominations: Best Jibstick Board
Reverse Camber
Terrain Use: Boxes and Rails, Powder, Groomers, All Mountain
Pros: lightweight, Soft, Well known brand
Other Thoughts: The Hero is really playfull! Super soft on both ends gives you endless butters and jibs a breaze. I love reverse camber in pow! steering between your legs gets a little boring on other terrain, but this thing shines on pow.
