Yeah getting to the shack is the tough part.  The cliff isnt too bad it was actually kind of fun.  Did you see that 15ft log that is set up for people to grind as they leave it???  You have to be one bad MOFO to hit that thing.  It is one TIGHT squeeze!!!!  I said I would post my pics of the inside today but I am sleepy so it will have to wait until tomorrow sorry.

Does anyone know if this thing is still there? Might be a dead thread by now, last person posted in '07 but i just came across this looking for local trails out in Breck. Im making my 3rd trip out there in about a week and i HAVE to experience this thing. Looks absolutely dope.  Can anyone help me out? Especially with directions to get to this. Ill bring the herbals, just let me know!

yeah if anyone could pm a location of a smoke shack in vail i would be super duper thankful... i know vail is nothing like the "bro" scene like breck but i thought i'd throw my request out there.

To answer a few of the above posts.

-No, im not telling you how to get there..

- even if I did, its hard to explain and you would probably not get there..

- It has 2 floors and a bunch of "safety meeting" stuff all thru it.

- As scorer said, it's a "dude ranch"

- There a bunch of other shacks at breck, but I've never been...I did get to one at vail, but have no clue how to get back there due to safety meeting clouding my mind...
