The guys and gals had a convo at the store in regards to breakfast on ski or riding days.  Food choices range from something healthy to total artery blockers.

I typically get a Chorizo breakfast burrito, but I had to say Chorizo due to my loyalties to that tasty meat.
Getting it done since I was young... 25.5 inch stance, compensating for something?

I believe that breakfast is the BEST MEAL EVER!!!  I love going out or even just makin' something yummy at home.  Also breakfast is the most important meal of the day offering much needed fuel to get your engines going from a night of fasting hence "break fast" and boosting your metabolism.  LETS EAT!!!
its all good...

My problem is what I want to eat and what I do eat. Most of the time I leave myself just enough time to get ready and then roll, so no breakfast until I get to the hill. If I do actually leave myself time I will make a monster breakfast burrito and then eat it on the way.....

Northstar has a monster breakfast burrito that definitely qualifies as an artery blocker.  It's stuffed with scrambled eggs, 2 small sausage patties, sour cream, salsa, and cheese.  I have been accused of going to the resorts early to get better parking.  I usually get there early, so I can eat my monster breakfast burrito and have time to let it settle before I get on the slopes.

Big Wave burritos are the chow of choice when I'm hung over at N*.  Otherwise, it's just a monster coffee for breakfast.

The usual breakfast for me before i go riding is a big spicy chorizo and bacon breakfast burrito from the best taqueria in Steamboat Springs, CO called Azteca. The only bummer is that i now live in Sacramento, CA and can no longer get those burritos.

Freeskier19, there are a several 24 hr taquerias in Sac.
Try Carolina's or Adalberto's or Robertito's
Adalberto's and Carolina's have multiple locations, drive-thru is open 24 hours

Sausage'n'Egg McMuffin Meal Supersized (2 Hashbrowns and XL Coffee).

If I can't get that - I buy something that resembles it.... I'm an eat'n'run kinda guy with the exception of lunch.
