could someone please rate the flex of the horroscope and the sierrascope on a scale of 1 to 10
how would the flexes compare to a board like last year's dominant or last year's seven
im having a really hard time deciding between the two boards
i plan on spending a good amount of time in the park and what size should i go for last year i rode a 154.5 and im around 5-9 and 175 with a size 11 boot
please help lol

the horror and sierrascope are different boards. the sierrascope is an indoor FK cut in a horrorscope shape. the horror is super soft, probably like a 3/10, and the indoor/sierrascopes are more like 5 or so. definitely a much firmer flex on the indoor, but its still just a basic medium flex board. stiffer in the middle too because of the carbon. they are totally different.
a dominant is probably a little stiffer than the horror, but still soft ish.. but its not fair comparing camber to rocker. even if its the exact same build, the rocker board will feel/appear softer. the seven is another medium flex board. might be closer to the indoor. you would probably like the indoor fk, but its not wide enough for your boots unless youre on the 56 with low profile boots. the horror 51 or 55 wides would fit well, but dont expect them to perform the way you might want outside of the park, unless you like super soft boards for everything. |

disclaimer: smear-in-off
horrorscope would be a 3/10 or something, based on 1 or 2 being a pretty soft girls board... indoor would be more like a 5, maybe a touch more these days on average, and the ultrafear is a stairmaster extreme FK... i would guess (keep in mind its a guess) that its inbetween. probably closer to the horror, but id have to ride it to tell, honesty. lets say its a higher end more "supportive" all around freestyle/jib board. i dunno |

sierrascope and indoor are still soft tip and tail for jibbing. just stiffer in the middle.

not nearly as soft as the horrorscope, just so thats clear. they actually feel more like a normal medium flex, and then the middle is noticeably more firm for sure.
