Throwing feelers out there on this one.  Retails $120, I'm looking to sell it for $80 + shipping.

I picked one up last year but the the vent switch broke on me.  I sent this into Smith and they gave me a new one.

I like it, but I'm looking at picking up a POC, which I think fits my head a little better.
