Coal Headwear was founded five years ago in an apartment in Portland, Oregon. The first line was launched with a vision for a quality headwear line that was inspired by family and friends. This would become an entirely new outlet and a whole new take on woolen, knit beanies.
Coal has stayed true to their original intentions and today has a very large line ranging from caps and hats to gloves and knits that match everyone's unique life and style. This is a headwear culture that isn't found or offered anywhere else.
