Boeri Protective Gear
Boeri was founded in 1950 by Franco Boeri. He was a very well known, highly skilled orothopedic surgeon who took it into his own hands to create a protective bike helmet for his younger brother. Shortly after the brothers began manufacturing and selling helmets. Demands increased and the brothers began producing helmets for skiers, motorcyclists, rock climbers, and race car drivers. Their main focus was safety and comfort.
The company was passed on to Franco's neice and nephew, Claudia and Alberto, since he had no children of his own. Both Claudia and Alberto have worked in all aspects of the business, learning the ins and the outs of all of it, and working with full knowledge of the manufacturing process.
