The Salomon Elios 4 is a high volume entry level boot. This boot is great if you are just starting out and you have a hard enough time finding shoes wide enough let alone ski boots. With a wide forefoot and a high instep the elios 4 can handle the biggest of feet.

The Salomon Instinct 9 was designed with aggressive women in mind. With a relatively stiff flex and a narrow fit the Instinct 9 is a great fit for a Woman that likes a well fitted boot but with some comfort mixed in as well. The Instinct 9 shares many of the same feature as the Falcon series, such as a Bi-Material cuff and shell making these boots very responsive.
