Pros: Great for people with narrow and skinny feet. Fits like a glove with no pressure points. Looks very unisex, so suitable for both men and women.
Cons: Flex is slightly on the soft side versus other boots such as the Vans Encore boots. Insole is wafer thin and very flimsy, upgrade to Superfeet insoles.
Other Thoughts: At this sales price, it's a good buy.

I didn't read the directions but watched the short video on SierraSnowboard.com (under the Assistance tab) about how to use the speed lacing system. It was really that simple. The boot felt stiff yet comfortable. It definitely hugged the heel of my foot will still give me enough space to wiggle my toes. Also, my feet are slightly wide, but didn't pose a problem. The sizing felt true to size, maybe a tad smaller so if you are in between a 7.5 to 7, get a 7.5 to account for the thick snow socks.
