Ride DH Snowboard
Item # : R08008 |
Year : 2009
Sierra says:
The DH is a freestyle performing board that can be kept in the park or taken on the mountain to make it your playground. This is a freestyle rider’s snowboard of choice. With Carbon Array 3 adding pop for big kickers and New Pop Stixs to add liveliness to the pop this board is great for jumps. Though, still having a soft flex allows it to easily slide on boxes and rails. This board will help perfect those tricks you have been working on for a while. Ride says: Freestyle packed with punch. Award-winning performance and tech have always been the hallmark of this standard in freestyle Rides. Maintaining the DH you’ve come to know and love, we have taken it to the next level with our latest technology, Pop Stixs to give you the same perfect flex, but with added ollie pop. Continuing to be a favorite of Nico Droz, this deck is sure to stoke out the park/jib guy and launch riders to the next level of mobility. ** Base colors may vary** Terrain Uses

Other Thoughts: I rode the DH most of 07 and last season and demo'd the 09 in March at Kirkwood. I feel this is a great board for somebody who stays in the park pretty much all day. It perfect amount of flex to go from jump to jib without missing much... the DH really can handle any park feature you will ever find. The Carbon Array is definitely noticeable... not so much in the pop but more-so when landing (it gives a very stable landing). It does ride the groomers okay, but it feel it turns slowly. But hey... thats why its a freestyle board. If you ride park all day you will be stoked.
