Proton's high tech, bi-injected, traditional overlap design is engineered to deliver extraordinary performance with superior comfort. The P-12 Carbon has the Trufit Team Pro liner. Flex rating: 120.

Dennis says: The Proton 12 Carbon returns with an upgraded liner for 2008. The new liner offers increased heel hold down. It was a solid seller for us last year because it offered a comfortable fit without sacrificing performance. A strong all mountain skier will get quick response to this close fitting boot. I would recommend the Proton 12 Carbon to a masters or a club racer looking for an all mountain fit rather than a race fit.

I found the Proton 12 Carbon to fit medium to roomy. I found that the heel fit medium to wide, the instep was average, and the toe box was on the wide side of medium.
