Sierra Says: The Love is always a hot commodity not only because of its exclusiveness, but simply because it eats up every park feature. Not too soft, not too stiff, this twin is just as willing to land the big jumps as it is to butter across the boxes. Plus, features like Pressure Distribution Edges and Dualzone EGD allow this board to carve well on groomed runs as well. The rider that will best appreciate the Love is the guy who spends most of his time exploiting everything the park has to offer, and is looking for a reliable board that not every scrub will be riding.

Burton Says: Love loves snowboarding, loves getting way extreme in the park, loves to ollie stuff, and is wicked good at it thanks to her snappy glass and Park Fly II Core. Love loves smooth sliding through kinks and loves rocking super-wide cowboy stances. Love says size doesn’t matter (foot size sicko, it now comes in a wide). Love loves Keegan and Mikkel for developing such a lovely love axe.

  • Pros:  Durable, lightweight, Easy to carve, poppy, Popular on mountain, Stiff, Well known brand
  • Cons:  Too stiff

Experience:   The board has a great design and I recieve many complimants from other people. Almost to nice to ride on this board. Its pretty stable at high speeds and carves through the snow easily. It seems to be lightweight and is very easy to control. On the halfpipe it was somewhat stiff and made going up the sides of it somewhat difficult as I felt like it did not have enough give. So far the graphics have held up and has not chipped at all. I do have to say overall I love this board.

  • Pros:  Durable, Easy to carve, poppy, Stable at high speeds, Strong edgehold, Soft

Experience:   Had this board for a while, used to really enjoy it. The ride itself is super fun and it holds an edge really well. I know it shouldnt be used all mountain, but i prefer true twins with soft cores like this and realllllly loved how it rode on the groomers. Rode next years and liked it too but im now sold on the no camber boards as they ride like skateboards for a more fun ride. if youre hesitant on a nocamber board, then this board is totally amazing. light weight, durable. the edges are great, the base is pretty tough too. the strongest part of my board seems to be the nose and the tail, only a handful of small chips from some big impacts but no deep delam has happened. love this board! the graphic is kind of what ever to me. i covered mine up with vinyls because im just not into it, but the board more than makes up for its shortcomings.

  • Name: 2008 Burton Love

  • Pros:  Durable, Easy to carve, Stable at high speeds, Stiff

Experience:   I bought this board because of the graphics, not knowing how it would ride. I was not expecting it to be great at high speeds but it proved me wrong! Gives great control, speed, stability, and easy to carve. Oh, and many comments on the graphics!
