"Warm and Dry gloves" 4/17/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Burton Gore Tex Womens Glove
  • Pros:  They keep my hands warm and dry even without the liners. You could use the liners alone in warm weather.
  • Cons:  The outer glove fits fine in your usual size, but if you think you will need to use the liner, order a size larger. They feel too tight to me, with the liner in.

"Goretex Womens, owned by proud Man" 3/18/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Burton Gore Tex Womens Glove
  • Pros:  My hands didn't get wet during rain/sleet. These are probably best suited for trips where a pipe glove just isn't enough, but you don't need anything overkill.
  • Cons:  The liner doesn't feel very nice on my hand because of its seams. It's also a tight fit getting my hand into the glove with the liner on - no way I'll ever use it.

Experience:   The glove worked fine in slightly below freezing temperatures, but once it got to about -6C with high wind, my fingertips were quite cold.

"Get the digits something toasty..." 2/21/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Burton Gore Tex Womens Glove
  • Pros:  This is my third season with the same pair, and they still are waterproof, warm, and in good condition. They can certainly take a beating. Also love the fact that they fit over my wrist guards perfectly, and are easy to get on and off!

"Okay gloves." 2/13/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Burton Gore Tex Womens Glove
  • Pros:  The gloves come with glove liners for cold days. It's really warm when you wear the glove liner. The glove liners have grip so it doesn't fall out of the gloves.
  • Cons:  The gloves themselves are not warm. Even on regular days I find my hands cold without the glove liners. I think they're too thick, but this is my opinion.

Experience:   Wearing the glove liners is strongly recommended.

  • Name: 2008 Burton Gore Tex Womens Glove

"Burton Gore Tex Womens Gloves" 12/14/2008
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Burton Gore Tex Womens Glove
  • Pros:  It keeps your hand dry and warm. The liner is nice since I don't have to expose my bare hands to the air if I need to use my fingers.
  • Cons:  The outer glove is too big. The inner liner fits just fine with my hand, but the fingers for the outer glove are like an inch too long.

Experience:   Probably will get another glove one size smaller.
