"Great Bootz0rz" 9/16/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Freestyle
  • Pros:  Fits great, Good flex, Sturdy construction
  • Cons:  for the price, none.,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  11
  • Boot Size:  10.5

Experience:   I'm not that experienced, but what I will say is *Try on your boots before you buy* If you are thinking of buying online, make sure you try on the exact boot in person and get a feel for it, and wear the appropriate socks. These things are your first contact between your foot and the board, you need them to fit right and be comfy. That said, these fit me great. I sized down a tad so they fit snug, and as some users have hinted, they may expand as you wear in the lining a bit. These boots are nice and sturdy, comfy-tastic, and fit me like a glove out of the box. Trying them on, they were certainly worth the price jump from the moto.

"Super comfy, a little soft" 8/5/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Freestyle
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Easy lacing, Traction, Good quality, Breathable, Waterproofing, Easy in & out
  • Fit:  soft

Experience:   After breaking in (about 1.5days) they were super comfy all day, however i felt after 2 weeks they were starting to get a bit too soft. Appear to be totally waterproof and the grip pattern on the bottom is great. Walking down sloping roads covered in ice i always had good traction when others were falling on their butts.
