Sierra Says:
In our store, many customers ask us, "I just go snowboarding a few times per season, what board should I ride?" The answer simply is the Burton Clash. Burton designed this board for recreational snowboarders who need a versatile ride for different riding conditions. The Clash has helped people have fun on the slopes for many seasons. It has a slightly tapered shape so it will be very stable riding your regular direction which will help progress your skills and get you comfortable over the whole mountain. **Note: Colors may slightly vary** Burton Says: The Clash is the perfect board to take you from green trails to triple blacks, your first ollie to frontside threes. Lightweight, with a flex that is forgiving and fun to ride anywhere on the mountain, the quality and performance of the Clash puts the competition's so-called "premium" boards to shame. Terrain Uses

Pros: lightweight, Great value, Well known brand
Cons: Top sheet scratches, Sluggish
Other Thoughts: This was the first board that I bought. Been boarding on this one for two years.
It's a little sluggish at times, and the edges do rust, however it's a real affordable decent board.
I wouldn't recommend this board for anyone who wasn't looking for a board to learn on though.
3/24/2008 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Pros: great first board, flex-y, stylish, great carves in n out. i love it! taking me from the greens to the blues already.
Cons: none that i know of.
Other Thoughts: my first board. just started boarding in feb '08 and have been 5 times this season in SoCal and Boulder area. also picked up the burton freestyle bindings and boots. really comfortable with lots of control. if you're looking for a first time board you can use for a long time, this is it.
