8/30/2008 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Pros: keeps your board safe
Cons: plastic
3/25/2008 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Pros: none, really
Cons: -its big (3.25 in diameter)
- impractical - why have a lock that depends on its plastic holder?
- its better to find a lock that has an integrated cable. those are definitely more compact and feasible. this is the strangest lock design i've ever seen
- costs waaaay more than its worth, even on sale at $8.98
Other Thoughts: the yellow padlock fits into the plastic holder when not in use. otherwise, you'll have the yellow padlock connected to the two cables, which stick out of the plastic holder, which just dangles around looking out of place
1/29/2008 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Pros: my brother's brand new board just got stolen...so get one of these
Cons: there is no cons...it's always better than nothing
1/28/2008 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Pros: If you one of those riders who is paranoid somone will steal your board, your board has been stolen before, or you jest rather play it safe, then you need a board lock! This lock has a combo of three numbers. Easy to remember.
Cons: Plastic design. If someone really wanted your board bad enough they could just break it with a hammer or something (extremely, outrageously unlikely).
Other Thoughts: Then again, if someone really wanted to steal a snowboard and they saw one locked up, they would just pick another one.
