Likes: 686 is by far my favorite outterwear. I live in AZ where it is much warmer, and you don't need an inner layer, but love to travel to CO, WA, Canada and other places where you do need additional layers. The smarty feature allows for this versatility and 686 is one of the only lines you can find it in. The 686 outterwear fits much more comfortably than Burton. The features and protection from the elements make it my favorite outterwear.

Dislikes: Styles can be limited, and I swear the 686 plaid markers looked purple to me ;)

Likes: Really warm, dry and comfortable clothing. If you want the gangsta look go no further 686 is naturally baggy and large. 686 offer many jackets with removable liners which means they can be used in any conditions and when you get back to your accommodation just zip our and you don't need to get changed. Lastly if your one who needs lots of pockets then 686 has you covered, but if you dont like heaps of pockets 686 has kindly made the pockets so well hidden that my last trip to the snow I found a new one.

Likes: 686 product is always great. Its always super thick, yet comfortable. It's also very easy to move around in. They have great prices and sick style. A great company.

Likes: Awesome company that pays attention to what the people want!! They make some of the best quality stuff out there.. plus their stuff looks awesome! 686 is at the top of my list when it comes to snowboard clothes!

Dislikes: Sometimes their patterns and plaids are a funky combination of colors.

Likes: its one of the best brands out there in my eyes! they have dope gear, and i love what i got from them.

Dislikes: be carefull on ice, it might rip some holes in you pants! haha

Likes: I absolutely love 686 products. My first 686 product was a pair of cargo snowboarding pants that I purchased somewhere between 1999-2002. To this day (the last day Bush is in office) these are my only snowboarding pants. Their gear is stylish, durable and innovative. I also own a 2008 Manual jacket and I look forward to updating to some new 686 pants after 10 years riding in the same pants.

Dislikes: Some of their products are too bulky and heavy but they use a lot of material to keep you dry and warm. Clothes run a little large also.

Likes: You are smart if you wear smarty pants. The removable liner pants have turned into my favorite pajama pants as well, also perfect for the ride home. I still have an original cargo pant from like 4 or 5 years ago and they are still in great condition and still very weather proof.

Dislikes: Sometimes they get too hot for me with the liners in them. no biggie, just the only thing i could think of to complain about.

Likes: I cant get enough of 686! Smarty is the way to go if your a colder person they come with a super comfortable inner liner that's removable, I like to take off the pants and wear the liner on the ride home.

Likes: I absolutely love 686 gear... Their smarty products are top notch whether its a jacket or pants, you're always getting quality waterproofing and breathabillity. The little extras everywhere are fun and interesting too. They spice up your setup and leave everyone wanting some 686 products. The designs are usually pretty spicy as well.

Dislikes: They come in more of a baggier fit, so if you're a lady that likes her slim fit, some of their products might not be for you.

Likes: What I love about 686 is how random their gear is. The last 686 jacket I had, I was still finding new, awesome features 6 months later. There gear is also super warm and comfortable.. All u need in an outerwear company is in 686

Likes: 686 makes great outterwear! Im not really a big fan of most of the wmns jkts - but they have a really varied selection that seems to cover all types of riders - from flashy and new school to clam neutral s for old men (thats just a joke). They have quirky designs and elements to their clothing that make you go 'huh?' and a year later you find another secrete pocket! oh neat! def very good quality and will keep you warm. They're very big on layering.

Dislikes: Lately, their womens jackets. I dont want to look like im wearing a peacoat... no thanks.

Likes: I own a womens 686 down jacket and its big and cozy for those chilly, damp days! It keeps me dry and I like the I.D. holder on the sleeve. Fashion AND function. Oh yea, thats my bag baby.

Likes: I LOVE my 686 gear!! I've been buying outerwear from them since the late 90's and have never had a complaint. They make quality gear that lasts FOREVER.
