This binding comes with a lower-profile for those riders who prefer less binding around their boot, but keeps the responsiveness. This binding is pretty lightweight, very responsive, and also has a lot of dampening to it so when riding in the park you can feel the board more when it lands and slides across jibs/rails. It is recommended for the intermediate to advanced park rider who wants a binding that is comfortable and damp for all the rough hits you make. Rome says: Underwrapping power, merged with the freedom to tweak. If one word sums up the 390?s personality, it is BALANCE. More than anything, it balances flexibility with power. The moderate flex of the high back, new low profile of the ankle strap and side-to-side freedom that most rail and park riders prefer. The UnderWrap heel hoop unit define the 390?s Highback rotation adjustment and seamless spine geometry of the Highback define the tow to heel power transfer that all of snowboarding needs. Coring in the Highback and the heel hoop keeps this one of the lightest bindings in snowboarding.

Other Thoughts: I recently got talked into these bindings by a friend of mine that owns a local snowboard shop. At first a was I bit sceptical about them, even though they look nice and stronger then most bidings. It was only after I had actually tried them on that i was sold though! These bindings rock :)
If you just can't make up your mind on which bindings to buy and you like to mess around and freestyle a bit, just buy these. You won't be dissapointed ;)
