Fischer Vision Vapor V9 Vision Womens Skis

I have tested the Fischer Vision Vapor twice and my cohort Katherine once and we are both amazed by the Vapor. This is one of the best balanced women's skis on the market. It is easy to make a ski stable and grippy....heck you just make it a plank. However, those skis can often feel....uhhhh.....welll....planky. The Vapor doesn't feel that way at all. It is nimble enough, grippy enough, and conditions friendly enough for almost anyone. Both times I tested the Vapor there was a variety of conditions available. On steep groomed pitches where the snow was scraped off and slick, the Vision Vapor gripped superbly. The key to me there was that it didn't take as much effort to bend it as some of the planky skis did. At the trail edges, there were some areas that had some leftovers from a prior storm and also some half formed moguls. The Vapor was stiff enough to plow the soft broken stuff yet not too stiff to be good in the bumps. The balance of characteristics and capabilities in the Fischer Vapor come out pretty close to just right.
