Great Foothold
Pros: Great grip at all times regardless of conditions. Ive used a few different kinds of stomp pads and this one is the best Ive got thus far.
Cons: None really. Just make sure that when you put it on, it is in the position you want it because once it bonds to your board...Its not comin' off

Great Stomp Pad
Pros: Great Grip. Can cut it down to size. Translucent so you can still see the design of your board.
Cons: Just don't step on it with your bare feet b/c it will hurt.
Other Thoughts: This is the best stom pad i have used. Your boot will not slip off of it even with a mound of snow covering it.

Best Stomp
Pros: This stomp pad holds better than any other one I put on my board.
Cons: Pretty sharp, keep away from small children.
Other Thoughts: Need to get a new one for my new board!

Dakine Spike Snowboard Stomp Pad
Pros: I've put this stomp pad on nearly every board I've owned for the past 10 years. It offers a solid grip for getting off even the craziest lift. I can coast off the top of Chair 2 at Loveland Ski Area for a 100yds even when it's at it's iciest. For those in the know, that's saying alot.
Cons: It's big and the spikes are sharp. Don't step on it with just your socks on. Ouch!
Other Thoughts: If you want to always be in control off the lift buy this. I really don't care if other people think they are for wimps. I have a bum knee and need stability.
