Cons: Dont step on them @ you house, hotel, etc, IT IS PAINFUL...
Other Thoughts: These are great since you can arrange them however you want.
The 3m backing is really secure, but make sure you heat it up a bit, and clean the base prior to application.

Cons: Hard to get them lined up. I had to use a ruler to do it.
Other Thoughts: Just follow the directions and they work great.

Other Thoughts: i have these on 2 of my boards and they are by far the best stomp pad ive used

12/14/2008 Pros: made a cool diamond shape out of all of these. i like that they bring out the silver in my bindings and decals. sticks great.

12/9/2008 Pros: These provide great traction, they look great, and you can arrange them in your own unique pattern. They won't come loose if you just follow the installation instructions.
Cons: A little tricky to get them lined up if you are going for a certain pattern, but that's not the fault of the product, just the installer :-)
