Sierra says: A legend in the snowboard boot industry, the Burton Ruler is back again for 2009 with some fresh upgrades. The new outsole is now equipped with air cushioning, making the boot 12 percent lighter than last year and giving it a better feel all around. It is also equipped with the new and improved SpeedZone lacing system, which this year is stronger and smoother. All in all, the Ruler is a great boot for any rider on any part of the mountain.

Featuring the planet's most powerful lacing system, and upgraded with the largest Burton air bag to ever hit the snow, the Ruler owns everything from your backyard to the backcountry. Other Thoughts: I cannot think of one bad thing to say about my new Burton Rulers. After a long process of trying on other boots to replace my old Deeluxes I decided on the Rulers because of the awesome fit. After riding them for one day I was assured that these will be my boots for awhile. Pick up a pair.

Other Thoughts: These boots are great. The only problem is that the fit is a bit tight.I recommend trying them on before you buy them or you can do what i did. I just bought half a size bigger then my normal fit.
