Good For: Spring Day, Cloudy and Cold, Cold and Blustery Day, Snow and Rain Mixed, Storming and White Out
Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof
Other Thoughts: They are pretty light, keeps me warm and have a comfortable fit while allowing room for layers.
So far I have stayed dry and warm with these.
