Sierra says: "The Burton Custom is our best-selling snowboard and for good reason. Over the years, this board has earned the title as the standard of all-mountain freestyle. Its versatility is incredible. The Custom is perfect for the guy who wants one board to do it all... from fresh pow lines to bowel-moving handrails. It is easy enough to ride for most people, but it still packs enough punch to keep most of Burtons pros strapping onto it. Now this year it comes equipped with the Infinite Channel System. This will give you unlimited stance options so you can really tailor this board to your specifications. Pick up a Custom and find out why it is the most imitated board in the industry today."

Burton says: The board of lore and your new best friend.
The BC backcountry, AK faces, VT ice, podiums, pipes, cities, your local hill - there aren't many places this legend hasn't landed. And now it comes with an advantage no other knock-off could ever emulate - the unlimited, on-the-fly adjustability of our Infinite Channel System, which works with any Burton binding. Riders like Mads, Heikki, and Mason get their dream freestyle stick; you get an adept-and-destroy all-mountain magic carpet ride. Oversized stompers? Check out the Custom Wide!

Graphics: ok
Does it all, well
Terrain Use: Half Pipe, Jumps, Boxes and Rails, Speed, Powder, Carving, Groomers, All Mountain
Pros: lightweight, Easy to carve, poppy, Stable at high speeds, Popular model, Strong edgehold, Popular on mountain, Well known brand
Cons: Top sheet scratches
Other Thoughts: This board is excellent for almost anything you throw at it. I have used it everywhere and have about 15-20 days on it. the ICS is a big improvement for the board when combined with EST bindings. If you want to get away with just 1 board, this one can do it.
