Anyone looking for a speed oriented carver should look at the Contact LTD. This would be a fun ski for the terminal intermediate or a developing skier who wants to hone his skills.

Dynastar Binding system:
Dynastar is using a new fully integrated rail called the "Fluid Drive" on the Contact models. The rail distributes pressure directly into the core and along the ski length while avoiding the additional weight of some systems. The plate feature allows the ski to flex freely without compromising edge grip or energy return. Each model of ski has a rail that is tailored to the characteristics of that model. The NX 11 is used with the fluid drive plates.
